For journeys wholly within the UK and to/from Ireland, one child under 3 years, not occupying a seat can travel for free with one fare paying adult.

For all other journeys, all passengers including children and infants under 3 years must purchase a ticket.

Number of passengers travelling who hold Scottish Concessionary Entitlement Cards. Valid for concessionary travel for journeys wholly within Scotland.

Number of passengers travelling who hold NUS Extra cards. If you are unhappy with our response you have the right to appeal our decision to the relevant conciliation agency. The conciliation bodies are subject to a three month time limit for dealing with appeals.
