The megabus social media team are available from 9am to 6pm, every day. You can find our Live Chat feature as a pop up on our Help page. This provides a quick and easy answer to any questions that aren't covered in our FAQs.

Wheelchair Bookings

For wheelchair space reservations please call us on 0141 352 4444 (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00) or email us at [email protected]

We'll aim to respond to your email within 72 hours.

Customer service advisors can reserve a wheelchair space for you. Once you have a reservation, you'll then need to book your travel tickets online on megabus.com, on the telephone bookings number below or at an authorised megabus agency.

 

Telephone ticket bookings

Tel: 0900 1600 900** seven days a week 07:00 to 22:00 (Times are UK local time). Service operated by Journeycall Ltd.

**Calls to this number will cost 65p per minute, plus telephone access charges. Calls will be answered in English, and bookings will be made in GBP (Sterling). For complaints about this service, please email [email protected].

Although email is a quick and easy method to contact us, our Customer Relations department can't offer priority to customers who correspond with us through email over customers who write to us using postal mail.

Appeals

If you’re unhappy with our response, you've got the right to appeal our decision to the relevant conciliation agency. The conciliation bodies are subject to a 3 month time limit for dealing with appeals.
