1. Free seats only available on Monday - Thursday journeys

2. Seats are only available on journeys starting and finishing in England or Wales. Please note there are no free seats available on Scottish journeys

3. The first date free seats will be available (for travel) is 9th January 2012 and the promotion will run until 26th February 2012

4. There will be no free seats available when booking less than 7 days before travel

5. The amount of free seats will vary from journey to journey and route to route. If a journey has multiple stops then the amount of free seats for that journey are available for all stops but may be taken by one stop

7. The 50p booking fee still applies to all bookings

8. promotion is available online and through agents sites

9. All free seats are subject to availability on selected routes and are valid for single (one way) fares only

10. No refunds available

11. No further discounts permitted and this offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer

12. You must travel on the timed journey you are booked on; if you want to travel at another time you will need to amend your ticket (by contacting megabus.com) before the departure time shown on your ticket. Any amendments will be subject to the relevant fares and changes related to the new booking
