Coronavirus Risk Assessments
Managing the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) at megabus
The safety of our customers and people has always been our top priority. And now, more than ever, we’re making sure that our customers feel safe and confident to travel with us. We’re also giving our people the right tools and comfort to know they’re safe at work.
Below is a summary of what we’re doing to reduce the risk to our customers, people and anyone affected by our coach operations of being exposed to Covid-19 when travelling or working for us.
We’ve followed Government guidance when looking at our safety measures and will review these as and when changes are made.
We’ve implemented a number of controls across our depots, stations and coaches which you can find more information on by visiting our Coronavirus safety page.
As part of our safety assessment, we’ve worked with our parent company, Stagecoach on a number of health and safety initiatives and consulted Government bodies such as the Department of Transport, Transport for London and Public Health England. We’ve also liaised with the Confederation for Passenger Transport UK (CPT), our suppliers and contractors and our own people within megabus.
We’d like our customers to have full visibility of our risk assessments which outline the additional precautions we’ve put in place. Click the links below to view.
