20 years of megabus

This year, megabus is celebrating 20 years. It feels like only yesterday we started! Over those 20 years, we’ve carried over 65 million passengers and travelled over 200 million miles. And we’ve loved every second of it.

So to help mark this special occasion, we’ll be collating memories from our people, customers and fans so we can have a good old reminisce about what we’ve achieved over the last 20 years. It’s thanks to you all that we’ve hit this milestone, so why not join us on our journey and celebrate the moments that have helped shape megabus over the last two decades.

But not only that… there will be surprises happening over the course of 2023 (we can’t spill them just yet), so keep your eyes peeled for more information.

So only last thing to say is a big thank you to our team of over 400 people who deliver our megabus services on a daily basis. From our drivers, engineers, customer service team, commercial assistants, network planners, marketing team, cleaners, controllers, customer service assistants and duty managers. We couldn’t do it without you!
