Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents in the UK, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who enters the social giveaway, by liking and commenting on the post.

2. Employees of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this prize draw.

3. There are two (2) prizes, consisting of Marshall headphones, a travel survival kit and megabus goodies. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of similar value if necessary. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

4. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent, inappropriate or based on misconduct.

5. The prize draw will close on 12th July 2024 with winners being contacted by megabus.

6. Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all entries received by the closing date and will be notified by 12^th July 2024. (One from Facebook and one from Instagram)

7. The winners will have one (1) week to claim their prize from the time/date they are notified they have won. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

8. The prize will be received by posted to the winner once we have had communication. We require their postal address, which will only be used to send the prize.

9. No purchase is necessary, and no refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion.

10. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence.

11. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Facerbook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to The Promotor and not to Facebook. By entering this promotion, you accept to relieve Facebook/Instagram from any responsibility.
