Reserved Seating

After filling out your trip details, and selecting your desired route, you'll be able to choose from available reserved seating. You can reserve one of the 16 most popular seats on our coaches to get a great view, or ensure that you sit next to family and friends!

Prices will vary by reservation date, day and time of travel, time of booking, and demand for seats. Prices are subject to change without notice.

After filling out your trip details, and selecting your desired route, you'll be able to choose from available reserved seating. Simply click on the seat you'd like, click "continue", and purchase your tickets.

Reserved seats are first come, first served, and available on selected routes.

Your ticket will show the seat number you have reserved.

On the coach a headrest with a number will identify your seat.

If your trip offers seat reservations, you will be able to select a specific seat at the time of purchase.

We recommend to book early to avoid disappointment. Only seats shown on the website as reserved seats may be reserved. All other seats are on a first come first serve basis.

You can trade in your general seat for a reserved seat (subject to availability) on-line and more than 24 hours prior to the departure time of the existing reservation. A £2.50 fee (£1.50 Amendment fee and £1.00 booking fee) is charged for all reservations being traded in.

The cost of the initial reservation will be credited against the subsequent reservation. If the subsequent reservation is less expensive than the initial reservation, no payment or further credit will be made to you and all unused credit will be forfeited.

If the initial amount paid is less than the cost of the subsequent reservation you must pay the difference when completing your new reservation.

While the seat may be available when leaving your departure point, it may be reserved by another passenger from a city further along your trip.

Please respect these arrangements and refrain from moving to a reserved seat.
