Register an online account and you can review future reservations and store details, which makes repeat bookings even faster.

When you first register for an account with megabus.com, you’ll be sent a confirmation email containing containing an authorisation code. Please click on the link in the email to validate your email address. This is an additional security feature to ensure that only genuine email addresses are used to register on our website.

We occasionally run special promotions on our services. These promotions carry a promotion code that, when entered online, applies the discount or offer.

This information relates to the person whose credit or debit card is being used to make the purchase on our website. These are the details that are pre-entered on the Worldpay payment form when you make a future reservation.

Please log into your account on megabus.com and select ‘personal information’ from the top menu bar. You can then make any necessary adjustments, then save your changes.

Please check your email address for the Worldpay confirmation email and megabus.com reservation email. If you’ve received both, your transaction was successful. If you don’t receive either of these within an hour or so of your transaction, please email us at enquiries@megabus.com.
