Celebrating the UK's 'Little Differences' on our 20th birthday

We’re proud to have been connecting Brits up and down the country for the last 20 years. And, after our new study revealed we’re officially a nation of rivalling regions, we want to continue connecting people - this time via the little differences that give the nation the niggles and get us talking.

A staggering 41% of Brits have experienced a heated argument over regional differences throughout the UK – from the home of the best Balti all the way to the UK’s most respected music scene.

Whilst ‘sconegate’ tops the list, it’s not the only difference that kicks off a hearty debate - although a third of Brits do prefer a Cornish cream tea over a Devon cream tea - check out our ‘Little Differences’ map to find out more.

So, to celebrate our 20th birthday, we’ve teamed up with proud East Londoner, and TV presenter, Joe Swash to bring these little differences directly to those who know them best - the British public - to see their reactions.

To continue the birthday celebrations, we’re extending an olive branch to our rivalling regions, encouraging them to embrace the nation’s little differences with 20% off megabus operated journeys up and down the country.
